The project is about the design of a touristic unit on the island of Milos. The placement of the new building on the plot is decided regarding the existing building as a spatial starting point, with the aim of integrating the plot to a harmonious aesthetic and functional effect, as well as taking into account the orientation parameters in the light of bioclimatic design principles, towards a sustainable environmental and economical solution.

The new building complex extends west of the existing building and is turned southwest to protect public and private semi-open spaces from the north winds, as well as tourist rooms overlooking the privileged panoramic view of Adamas Milos.
