1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why

 

Contact form. When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. We use them only to reply to your request and, if needed, to discuss a possible collaboration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

 

Email. If you write to info@pisaa.eu directly, we process your email address and the content of your message for the same purpose.

 

Website statistics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie banner.

 

Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access, for security and to keep the site working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

 

3. Third-party services

 

• Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.) protects the contact form from spam and automated abuse. It processes data such as IP address and how you interact with the page. Google Privacy Policy · Terms.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), only with your consent, as described above.
• Google Maps on the Contact page and OpenStreetMap on the Projects page display maps; loading them transmits your IP address to these providers.
• Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts provide the typefaces used on the site; loading them transmits your IP address to these providers.
• Instagram and LinkedIn: the site only contains links to our profiles. No data is shared with these platforms unless you click the links.
• Hosting: the website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), which processes data on our behalf.

 

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union. Where this happens, they rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

 

4. Cookies

 

The site uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work, and – only with your consent – analytics cookies. You can accept, reject or customise cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time with the cookie icon at the bottom left of every page.

 

5. How long we keep your data

 

Messages received through the contact form or by email are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a professional assignment, in which case they are kept for the period required by law. Analytics data are kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, which is at most 14 months.

 

6. Your rights

 

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@pisaa.eu.

 

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), Kifisias 1-3, 11523 Athens.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
